How to get a Licence for the EBE

The quickest way way to request a licence is to wait until the software has successfully installed click the Finish button;

Then start the Erudine Behaviour Engine, by clicking the Start button of the Taskbar and select All Programs > Erudine > Erudine Behaviour Engine, which will begin the licensing process.

The Licence Request screen is displayed:

1. Enter your Company Name and Contact Name into the boxes as seen below:
2. Click the Send Email button.
3. An email is automatically displayed containing the details you just entered.
4. Send the email to Erudine, so that a valid licence key can be sent to you.
5. You will receive an email from licence@erudine.com containing a valid licence
   Note: If you send your email within office hours, you can expect a reply within 1 hour.
6. Copy and paste the licence key from the email into the Licence Request as shown below, using CTRL + C and CTRL + V.:
7. Click the Load Licence button.

Your copy of the Erudine Behaviour Engine will now be licensed, you can see the licence details including the Expiry date by selecting the Licence information tab. These screens are available at any time by selecting Help > Licence.
