How to install a site licence during installation

The Erudine Behaviour Engine installation consists of a Java Jar file, ErudineBehaviourEngineInstall.jar. For Windows users, we supply a setup.exe program that launches ErudineBehaviourEngineInstall.jar. To install a site licence during installation, you must invoke ErudineBehaviourEngineInstall.jar directly from a command prompt. The ErudineBehaviourEngineInstall.jar is included with the setup.exe file in the root directory of the Erudine Behaviour Engine.

Use the command java -Dinstall.licence=true -jar ErudineBehaviourEngineInstall.jar
to display the site licence screen during installation, shown below on a Windows machine:

During the installation process an extra licence installation screen is displayed as follows:

Paste your site licence into the box using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.

If you choose on the last screen of the installation to create an XML Script for future automated installations, the licence key will be included in that script automatically.
